About this property

This restored and modernly furnished holiday home is just a few hundred metres from the centre of Sineu. You can walk to the village centre very quickly, where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. A sports centre with a cycling track, tennis courts, football pitches and a restaurant is also nearby. The house and pool are of course for your exclusive use. The house has 2 double bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped open kitchen, a large living room with dining area for 4 (also air-conditioned) and a garage with bike workshop. The house is bright and friendly and meets even high standards of comfort and amenities.

The house is supplied with all kinds of towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request.

The pool area in front of the house offers plenty of space to relax, in the shade or in the sun. Here you can simply unwind – an ideal place to spend your holiday in a village setting.

The house has air conditioning (cooling/heating) and a fibre-optic internet connection.

You are welcome to use the garage, ideal for cyclists (bike repair stand etc.).

Both bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning. For cooler days there are also 2 portable radiators and a fan heater in the bathroom.

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).

In addition, the Ecotasa is charged for all travellers aged 16 and over.

It amounts to €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).

Sineu has a railway station with good train connections (T3) directly to Plaza España in Palma or in the other direction to Manacor.
