Cancellation conditions: The following cancellation conditions apply without exception: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival will refund 100% of the amount previously paid. If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before arrival, you will get 50 % refund. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund.

How do I reserve my holiday home at HOLIDAYFINCAS-SINEU?

  • Your request will be answered within a short time
  • Upon receiving your individual offer including all additional costs, you confirm your reservation request
  • Your reservation will be confirmed immediately and you will receive a rental confirmation with all the details of your booking
  • The amount of the deposit depends on the property and the season
  • The reservation is binding upon receipt of the deposit
  • Payment of the balance is made either in cash (up to 1.000,00 Euro maximum) at arrival or by bank transfer to the owner 2 weeks before arrival
  • When making your reservation you will receive directions with the contact numbers of our employees
  • On arrival at your holiday home you will be received and guided around by the owner.
  • If you have questions or problems, our service team is always available for you

How is the rental price composed?

The rental price consists of the number of nights multiplied by the price per night, and the additional costs, which are paid once, regardless of the duration of your stay, and include the final cleaning. In addition, each tourist must pay the ecotasa, which we individually calculate for your stay. For some houses, especially those equipped with air conditioners, the consumption of electricity can be calculated additionally. Please see the explanation of the rental prices for the respective properties.

The tourist tax or Ecotasa

How the tourist tax is calculated and paid:

For all our holiday homes, the following basics apply to the calculation of the socalled Ecotasa:

  • 2,00 Euro per night for all persons over 16 years from May to October
  • 1.00 Euro per night for all persons over 16 years from November to April
  • From the ninth night only 50% will be charged
  • In addition, a VAT of 10% will be charged
  • Ecotasa is always paid in cash on arrival with the handover of the keys
  • When making your reservation, we will inform you of the exact amount of Ecotasa

Pick-up and departure times

Arrival and departure in the event of a change of tenant often take place on the same day, so we can only guarantee that you will move into your accommodation on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. For the same reason, we ask you to leave your domicile at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We always endeavor to interpret these deadlines, which we have introduced for the benefit of all tenants, as flexibly as possible. If the property is not occupied before or after your stay, the property can be moved in earlier on the day of arrival or vacated later on the day of departure. In any case, please clarify this with us beforehand. In principle, you can store your luggage in the house from 10:30 a.m., take over the keys and collect it as early as possible, but no later than 4:00 p.m. In the case of very late arrivals or long delays, the key may be deposited at the house after consultation.

How much do I pay for my holiday home and how do I pay?

When booking, you will receive your rental confirmation, which contains all the details of your reservation, together with an invoice for your down payment.
This deposit will be transferred to the agency.

For the final payment you have 2 options:

  • by bank transfer to the owners about 2 weeks before arrival, or
  • on site in cash.
