There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bathrooms, one of them outside to make the most of the pool. A large living room with satellite TV offers a cosy retreat.

Refreshing designer pool: the outdoor area is just as impressive as the interior. A 13 x 3 metre designer pool promises refreshing coolness and endless fun, and high-quality sun loungers invite you to relax and sunbathe. A further outdoor bathroom is extremely practical and convenient.

Comfort and convenience: all bedrooms, the dining area and the living room have air conditioning to keep your stay pleasant even on hot days. A fast, stable fibre-optic internet connection lets you stay connected.

Everything you need: the house is fully equipped, from towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and pool/beach to a cot and high chair, provided free of charge on request. Keen cyclists will find a fully equipped workshop and plenty of space to store bikes.

Explore the surroundings: Costitx is a picturesque, authentic Mallorcan village offering a glimpse of relaxed island life. You can visit the local markets, linger in charming cafés and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. The central location of the finca also makes it easy to explore the whole island – the stunning coast, the mountain villages or the historic sights.

Additional costs: electricity and final cleaning are included in the rental price.

The owner has another house, “Villa Can Caragol de Sineu”, in Sineu.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).

On arrival a deposit of €500 is paid to the owner in cash. It is refunded by the owner on departure once the house has been handed over without damage.

In addition, the Ecotasa is charged for all travellers aged 16 and over. It amounts to €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).
