Finca Es Pujolet

Finca Es Pujolet lies at the end of a small side road that climbs a hill from the village of Costitx. Once there, a natural paradise awaits you amid wonderful Mallorcan countryside. Your gaze wanders over the rolling landscape around the house and pool and lingers on the cypresses and shady palm trees. Thanks to its truly privileged location, you enjoy a very private atmosphere, sheltered from view.

The accommodation

Inside, the house impresses with authentic Mallorcan flair combined with modern comforts such as German satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a children’s room with bunk bed. There is a shower room in the house and another in the outdoor area. The finca is supplied with all kinds of towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Ground floor: living room, dining room with wood-burning stove, kitchen.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom.

A further bathroom is located in a separate small casita outside, about 5 m from the house.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).

To be fair to guests looking for absolute peace and quiet, we would like to point out that the area around Costitx lies in one of Mallorca’s flight corridors.

In addition, the Ecotasa is charged for all travellers aged 16 and over.

It amounts to €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).
