The magnificent finca estate Can Mostaxet lies between Muro and Can Picafort, just a short drive from one of Mallorca’s most enchanting beaches. On a generous 2,500 square metre plot stands this spacious holiday home, surrounded by a lovingly designed Mediterranean garden that forms a green oasis around the curved pool. Plenty of sun loungers are ready for relaxing sunbathing.

The accommodation

The pool house is a real gem, equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, a large dining table and its own bathroom – the ideal setting for cosy barbecue evenings by the pool. The main house is also a place of relaxation and enjoyment. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area seating 8, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a well-equipped kitchen.

Upstairs in the main house you will find another comfortable living area and a TV with satellite channels in the gallery. There is also a bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the terrace, plus two further bedrooms and another bathroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning to make your stay even more pleasant.

The covered terrace in front of the house offers a sheltered place to relax in the shade or for a lively game of table tennis. A further bathroom and an outdoor laundry room complete the comprehensive amenities. Towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and pool/beach are also provided. On request we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge.

The whole property is exquisitely and stylishly furnished. The quiet location, the well-kept ambience, the beautifully designed garden around the generous pool and the unique pool house make Can Mostaxet a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).

Electricity, including air conditioning, is charged additionally according to consumption (€0.40/kWh) and settled at the end of your stay against the €500.00 deposit paid in cash on arrival.

In addition, the Ecotasa is charged for all travellers aged 16 and over.

It amounts to €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).
