Welcome to Can Naranjo, a unique holiday home set on a gentle rise in the picturesque village of Sineu. The house offers not only comfort and convenience but also a breathtaking panoramic view stretching from Sineu to the majestic Tramuntana mountains in the west.

The house is a masterpiece combining modern design with traditional architecture. At Can Naranjo, antique features such as beautiful stucco work, high ceilings and the original stone tile floor have been carefully preserved and harmoniously combined with contemporary furnishings. On arrival you are welcomed by an open-plan living and dining area dominated by a cosy wood-burning stove, where you can spend relaxing hours even in winter enjoying the warmth of the fire. For our winter guests: all costs are included in the price, including heating via air conditioning and the wood-burning stove, with plenty of firewood!

The kitchen at Can Naranjo is a real eye-catcher with an exceptional lighting concept. It is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. The house has German satellite TV and fibre-optic Wi-Fi throughout the building and on the terrace so you can stay connected. A JBL Bluetooth speaker is also available for music.

On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with a generous double bed (180×200 cm) and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower of about 2 m² and underfloor heating. Upstairs you will find another bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a comfortable double bed (160×200 cm) and a brand-new en-suite bathroom!

The highlight of your stay at Can Naranjo is undoubtedly the outdoor terrace. From here you can enjoy the sun all day on the pool deck with its 4×2 metre infinity pool (1.70 m deep), inner steps and an integrated bench. The pool is designed so that you can look out over the overflow edge to the picturesque village of Sineu. The whole terrace area is laid with warm wood and conveys a feeling of luxury and relaxation.

The covered terrace is an ideal place for outdoor dining and a cosy chill-out area that invites you to linger. There is even a wine fridge to keep your drinks perfectly chilled. If you fancy a barbecue, a small covered annex with a “plancha” grill station is at your disposal. A further bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, plus a separate WC, make sure you lack nothing. Towels for the kitchen, bathroom and pool/beach are also provided.

The outdoor area of Can Naranjo has been carefully designed and lit, creating a magical atmosphere, especially in the evening. The pool has coloured lighting effects that make an evening swim or relaxing by the water an unforgettable experience.

When you leave the house you can explore the surrounding area. Sineu is a charming village known for its authentic Mallorcan atmosphere, with traditional restaurants, markets and historic sights. The area is also ideal for hiking and cycling, especially towards the Tramuntana mountains rising majestically before you.

Can Naranjo is a place where tradition and modernity blend harmoniously. Here you can enjoy your holiday to the full while discovering the beauty of Sineu and its surroundings. Please note that, due to its open architecture and the pool not being child-safe, the house is not suitable for families with small children for safety reasons. For guests who would like to bring their four-legged friend: from November to March inclusive, your dog is very welcome! Please understand that a deposit of €500.00 is payable when bringing a dog.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old. The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).

In addition, the Ecotasa is charged for all travellers aged 16 and over.

It amounts to €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).
