Can Nadal

Welcome to Casa Can Nadal, a magnificent village house on the edge of Sineu. Its elevated position opens up a breathtaking panoramic view. This lovingly renovated and excellently equipped village house with its typical Mallorcan stone façade extends over the ground and first floors. On entering you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall, from where you can reach the garage and the lower terrace; the washing machine and clothes airer are on the terrace.

The ground floor has a cosy double bedroom (without air conditioning) and a bathroom. A staircase with 17 steps leads to the upper part of the house, with the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a comfortable sofa landscape, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, and another double bedroom with its own bathroom; these rooms are air-conditioned. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have direct access to the generous 50 m² terrace, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view as far as Puig de Randa.

The house is fully supplied with all kinds of towels. On request we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge, so that our youngest guests also have a pleasant stay.

About Sineu and the surroundings:

Sineu is a picturesque village in the middle of Mallorca with a lot to offer. It is famous for its weekly market every Wednesday, considered one of the oldest on the island, where you can discover local products, crafts and culinary delicacies. Sineu is also known for its historic old town with charming cobbled streets and traditional Mallorcan buildings.

The location of Casa Can Nadal lets you explore Sineu and its surroundings with ease. Nearby you will find picturesque hiking trails leading to breathtaking viewpoints and hidden coves. The central location also makes it easy to explore other parts of Mallorca, whether the coast with its beaches or the historic sights and towns.

Electricity consumption is settled against the €300.00 cash deposit.

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).

In addition, the Ecotasa is charged for all travellers aged 16 and over. It amounts to €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).
