Finca Son Puca

Welcome to the bright and modern Finca Son Puca, on a picturesque hill about 2 km from the charming village of Petra. From here you enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the village and the wide surroundings. The property covers a generous 23,000 m², so an oasis of peace and privacy awaits you. The entire house, the grounds and of course the refreshing pool are exclusively for your use.

The house has a total of 225 m² of living space with 4 comfortable bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) and 2 modern bathrooms. One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom are on the ground floor, while upstairs there are three more cosy bedrooms and another bathroom. In front of the house is the generous pool area. The pool itself measures an impressive 9 x 4 metres with a depth of 80 to 180 cm, has inviting Roman steps and is atmospherically lit at night. Especially important for families with small children: the entire pool area is fully fenced with a secure gate.

Besides the refreshing pool area, the property also has a volleyball court and a small football pitch, giving you the chance to be active and have fun outdoors. For cosy evenings there is a shaded barbecue area with a built-in grill and an extra dining area. Directly in front of the house, a covered terrace invites you to start the day in a relaxed way or to end it in style.

Inside, a friendly and modern interior awaits you. All bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with a generous 5-ring hob, a large fridge and a dishwasher, so you can prepare your meals with ease. The bedrooms all have new beds and mattresses (200 x 90 cm) to guarantee a restful night’s sleep. The two generous bathrooms have stylish vanity units and spacious walk-in showers. Particularly appealing are the two upstairs bedrooms, each with access to the roof terrace, so you can enjoy the fantastic view as soon as you wake up.

The house of course has German satellite TV and free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected on holiday. For your comfort we also provide all kinds of towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and pool and beach. If you are travelling with small children, we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request.
