About Finca Sa Teulera:

Finca Sa Teulera has been designed with great attention to detail and sleeps up to 6 adults plus a toddler in the cot provided. The house has a spacious living area with German satellite TV and an adjoining dining area seating 6. The fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, has an additional dining area and is the ideal place to prepare local delicacies.

For your comfort we have supplied the finca with towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and even for the pool/beach. On request we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge, so that even the youngest guests feel at home.

The outdoor area:

Step by step, Finca Sa Teulera leads you into an enchanting outdoor world. From the kitchen and living area you reach the large covered terrace, where you can enjoy incomparable meals with a view of the breathtaking countryside. A Weber barbecue is available for culinary adventures, while the gentle hills and fields delight your senses.

The garden has a 6 x 3.5 metre saltwater pool, 1.40 metres deep, accessible via Roman steps. The pool area also has a shady, cosy chill-out corner, ideal for relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun.

Air conditioning (cooling/heating) can be booked on site if required for €10.00 per night.

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).

In addition, the Ecotasa is charged for all travellers aged 16 and over.

It amounts to €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).
