Welcome to Finca Es Caulls, a dreamlike retreat in the enchanting countryside of central Mallorca. The property extends over a wonderful plot of about 20,000 square metres and is the ideal opportunity to discover the authentic side of the island. It is just a few minutes’ drive from the characteristic Mallorcan villages of Llubi and Muro, where you will find cosy bars, delicious restaurants and convenient supermarkets.

The surroundings of Finca Es Caulls are marked by unspoilt beauty. Gentle hills and lush gardens surround the property and offer the peace and relaxation you want on holiday. If you are looking for a little more action, the wide sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcudia are only a short drive away. Here you can enjoy the crystal-clear blue water and relax in the sun.

The two-storey house is spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a small bathroom. The kitchen, with a large dining table and modern appliances, is where Mallorcan cuisine comes to life. Next to the kitchen is a very large additional dining room, perfect for shared meals with family or friends.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with its own bathroom, offering moments of relaxation in complete privacy. Another bedroom upstairs has four single beds and plenty of room for a larger group or family. Throughout the property you will find plenty of towels, whether for the kitchen, the bathrooms or your trip to the pool or beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request.

A wonderful covered terrace extends almost all the way around the house and offers cosy seating and outdoor dining. Here you can enjoy your meals in the open air and admire the large garden. Barbecue lovers will love the small grill for preparing delicious dishes.

The 10 x 5 metre swimming pool is surrounded by well-kept lawns and lets you cool off on hot days. Sun loungers and parasols invite you to relax and sunbathe. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room, and guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi. A carport offers shaded parking, and the extensive grounds provide plenty of space to relax and explore.

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).
