The finca stands on an impressive plot of around 21,000 square metres and offers the complete seclusion and tranquillity you want for your holiday.

The finca itself is a spacious paradise with 110 square metres of living space, plus generous terraces. You enter the house into an open living and dining area that flows seamlessly into a modern open kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. At the back of the house are two comfortable double bedrooms, each with air conditioning for maximum comfort on warm Mallorcan nights. The bathroom is also modern and offers everything you need.

The generous outdoor areas are truly remarkable. You will find a covered terrace with a comfortable dining area, perfect for meals outdoors, and a barbecue area. The garden has an impressive 8 x 4 metre pool with Roman steps and a water depth of 1.50 to 2.00 metres, where you can cool off on hot days and enjoy the sun.

In terms of amenities, Finca Can Jupa leaves nothing to be desired. You will find all kinds of towels for the kitchen, bathroom and pool and beach. If you are travelling with small children, we can provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to explore the true beauty of Mallorca. You are only a short drive from the island’s beautiful beaches, including the stunning coastline near Can Picafort and Alcudia. The charming villages of Llubi and Sineu are also within easy reach, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops where you can discover local Mallorcan cuisine and culture.

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).

In addition, the Ecotasa is charged for all travellers aged 16 and over.

It amounts to €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).
