The accommodation

The finca extends over a generous 15,000 m² estate set picturesquely among the gentle hills between Sineu and Sant Joan. Finca Almendra is easily reached by car yet lies peacefully away from the main road. You have exclusive use of the house, grounds and pool, so you can enjoy your well-deserved privacy to the full.

The charming house, with a generous 125 m² of living space, sits in the middle of a nature reserve surrounded by almond trees, which create a special atmosphere with their blossom in spring and their harvest in autumn. In front of the house is a spacious terrace with a dining area for 6, where you can enjoy your meals in the open air. Next to the house a wonderful 8 x 4 metre pool with inviting inner steps awaits you, surrounded by a generous terrace. A covered terrace also provides shelter from the sun.

Inside, a cosy and freshly designed atmosphere with every modern comfort awaits you. The open-plan area has a well-equipped kitchen flowing into a dining area, and a bright living area with German satellite TV and a cosy wood-burning stove, which provides pleasant warmth especially in the cooler months. A hallway leads to the back of the house, where there are two spacious double rooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a children’s room with bunk bed and a second shower room. Free Wi-Fi is of course available in this oasis of relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. For your convenience there is also a washing machine, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Plenty of towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and pool/beach are provided. On request we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge.

The excellent location in the centre of the island allows easy day trips in every direction without long drives – the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure for exploring Mallorca’s many treasures.

A deposit of €200.00 in cash is required. It is refunded in cash before your departure.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Loud parties or any other activities that break the law or could disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for the guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

In addition, the Ecotasa is charged for all travellers aged 16 and over.

It amounts to €2.00 per night and person for the first 8 nights, then €1.00 (plus 10% VAT).
