Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n

The following cancellation terms apply without exception: guests who cancel at least 30 days before arrival receive a refund of 100% of the rental price paid so far. If they cancel between 30 and 14 days before arrival, they receive a refund of 50% of the rental price. Otherwise there is no refund. Payment and service fees are not refunded.<\/p>\n

How do I book my holiday home with Holiday Fincas Sineu?<\/h2>\n

  • Your reservation will be confirmed definitively straight away<\/li>\n
  • The deposit is 50% of the total rental price<\/li>\n
  • The reservation is binding once the deposit has been received<\/li>\n
  • The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival<\/li>\n
  • Before you arrive you will receive directions and the contact numbers of our staff<\/li>\n
  • At your holiday home you will be welcomed by the owner, or you can check in without contact<\/li>\n
  • If you have any questions or problems, our German-speaking service team is always available for you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How is the rental price made up?<\/h2>\n

    The rental price consists of the number of nights multiplied by the nightly rate plus final cleaning. In addition, every tourist has to pay the so-called Ecotasa, which we calculate individually for your stay. For some properties, especially those with air conditioning, electricity consumption may be charged separately. Please see the notes on rental prices for each property.<\/p>\n

    How the tourist tax is calculated and paid<\/h3>\n

    The following basis applies to the calculation of the Ecotasa for all our holiday homes:<\/p>\n

    • \u20ac2.00 per night for everyone aged 16 and over from May to October<\/li>\n
    • \u20ac1.00 per night for everyone aged 16 and over from November to April<\/li>\n
    • From the ninth night only 50% is charged<\/li>\n
    • In addition, 10% VAT is charged on the tax<\/li>\n
    • The Ecotasa is always paid in cash on site when the keys are handed over<\/li>\n
    • We will tell you the exact amount of the Ecotasa when you book<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Check-in and check-out times<\/h2>\n

      Arrivals and departures often take place on the same day when guests change over, so we can only guarantee that your accommodation is ready from 4 pm on the day of arrival. For the same reason, we ask you to leave the property punctually at 10 am on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

      We always try to apply these times, which we have introduced in the interest of all guests, as flexibly as possible. If the property is not occupied before or after your stay, you may be able to move in earlier on arrival day or leave later on departure day. Please always arrange this with us in advance.<\/p>\n

      As a rule, you can leave your luggage in the house from 10:30 am, collect the keys and, by arrangement, move in as early as possible, but no later than 4 pm. For very late arrivals or long delays, the key can be left at the house by arrangement.<\/p>\n
