The cleaning and disinfection of the house and the outdoor areas are carried out in accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines for landlords and agencies. This rustic and child-friendly finca is located on a well-tended garden plot of 2,000 m2 near the town of Sa Pobla. The house is at the end of a small agricultural lane and there are no neighbors. You can enjoy the absolute tranquility there, surrounded by extensive fields. Nevertheless, you enjoy very good transport links, which make excursions on the island and to the surrounding beaches very easy. The living space of 120 m2, the finca has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The large living and dining area has an area of ​​around 24 m2. The large covered terrace provides an unobstructed view of the well-tended garden with a large lawn. There is the 8 x 4 meter pool with Roman steps to the entrance. You will also find sun loungers for everyone in the outdoor area and plenty of shade from the numerous palm trees by the pool. Thanks to the attractive location between Sa Pobla, Alcudia and Pollensa, you can quickly reach the towns for shopping and dining by car, and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Port d´Alcudia are only a few minutes away by car. Environment

Sa Pobla is a municipality with around 12,000 inhabitants in the center of Mallorca, between Inca and Alcúdia.
