The Finca Es Caulls is located in a rural area in the central area of ​​Mallorca on a 20000 sqm garden plot, just a few minutes drive away from typical Majorcan villages like Llubi or Muro with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The extensive beaches in the Bay of Alcudia are also within a short time. The two-storey house offers on the ground floor a living room, the kitchen, a bedroom and a small bathroom. The still in some parts typical kitchen with large dining table is fully equipped. The kitchen is adjoined by an extra large dining room. The upper floor houses the master bedroom with bath en suite and another bedroom with 4 single beds. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathroom and also for the pool / beach. Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. A covered terrace that surrounds almost the entire house offers comfortable benches and a dining area for al fresco dining. Grill friends will be delighted by the small barbecue house. The 10 x 5 meter pool is surrounded by a lawn. Beach chairs and umbrella invite you to relax. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living area, free Internet access via W-Lan, carport for shady parking and plenty of space complete the offer of this beautiful finca. From June to December, electricity is payable in cash at arrival (15 € / day). The deposit of € 300 is to be paid to the owner by bank transfer before arrival. You will receive the request for this and the bank details of the owner in a separate e-mail from us before arrival. If the house is handed over without any defects, you will be refunded by the owner or the house manager by bank transfer after your stay. The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.
